Time for the WHSL Playoffs

As the calendar turns to September, let's offer congrats to B'nai B'rith for their fourth-straight regular season crown. Also give a round of applause to Harrison and Scarsdale for earning 2017 promotions.

This year, the Jewish holidays all fall during the week. Accordingly, the playoffs begin on September 11 and will be played straight through, presuming no rainouts. The first and second rounds are single-elimination. The semifinals and finals are best two-out-of-three. Make sure you check the schedule page for your game location and start time.

Westchester Jewish Center has won the last two WHSL Championships and three of the last four. However, a look at the bracket (located at the top of the home page) shows that WJC has a tough road back to the finals, including a potential second-round game against Harrison, who won the teams' regular-season matchup.

Good luck the rest of the way!
